About the Founder
At Shereena Morrow, Inc., we believe that strong systems, capable leadership, and well-developed people create the foundation for sustainable impact.
With more than two decades of experience across entrepreneurship, program leadership, coaching, and quality management, Shereena S. Morrow partners with mission-driven organizations to strengthen how they operate, lead, and serve. Her work integrates leadership development, organizational development, and human development to align people, processes, and purpose for long-term success.
As a Certified Life Coach, Certified Parent Educator, approved Pennsylvania Quality Assurance System (PQAS) instructor, & Quality Management Certified Professional, Shereena brings both leadership expertise and evidence-based frameworks into every engagement. She is also a certified facilitator in the Nurturing Parenting Curriculum and the Strengthening Families Protective Factors Framework, equipping organizations to embed relationship-based, resilience-driven practices into their services.
With regulatory expertise across Pennsylvania Codes 3270 (Child Care Centers), 3800 (Child Residential), 6100 (IDD Services), and 6400 (Community Homes), along with specialized training in Quality Management, she brings a strong understanding of compliance, safety, and quality standards, helping organizations strengthen systems, improve accountability, and position themselves for sustainable excellence.
In addition to her consulting work, Shereena is the creator of the 6U Framework, a leadership and personal development model designed to help women lead with clarity, confidence, and authenticity, and the HEART Framework, a systems-centered approach designed to help organizations strengthen responsiveness, collaboration, and human-centered service delivery. This dual focus on organizational systems and individual leadership development allows her to support teams at both the structural and human levels, creating meaningful, sustainable impact.
Through consulting, workforce development, and systems design, she helps organizations build structure, strengthen leadership, and improve the quality of outcomes for the people they serve.
Because growth isn’t about doing more, it’s about building what works and leading it well.
