About the Founder
At Shereena Morrow, Inc., we believe that strong leadership, healthy organizations, and well-developed people create the foundation for sustainable impact.
With more than two decades of experience spanning entrepreneurship, program leadership, organizational development, and quality management, Shereena S. Morrow partners with mission-driven organizations to strengthen leadership, improve culture, and align people, systems, and purpose for long-term success.
As a leadership strategist, consultant, and founder of Shereena Morrow, Inc., Shereena specializes in helping organizations develop leaders at every level while building the systems and environments necessary for those leaders to thrive. Her work sits at the intersection of leadership development and organizational health, supporting organizations in creating cultures that are both high-performing and deeply human.
Shereena is the creator of the Built to Lead™ framework for emerging leaders, the Lead with HEART™ leadership philosophy for experienced leaders, and the HEART Organizational Health Framework™, a human-centered diagnostic and consulting model designed to help organizations strengthen culture, employee empowerment, leadership responsiveness, systems alignment, and stakeholder trust.
As a Certified Life Coach, Certified Parent Educator, approved Pennsylvania Quality Assurance System (PQAS) Instructor, and Quality Management Certified Professional, Shereena combines leadership expertise with evidence-based frameworks and practical implementation strategies. She is also a certified facilitator in the Nurturing Parenting Curriculum and the Strengthening Families Protective Factors Framework, bringing a relationship-centered approach to leadership, workforce development, and organizational change.
Her experience includes regulatory and quality expertise across Pennsylvania Codes 3270 (Child Care Centers), 3800 (Child Residential), 6100 (IDD Services), and 6400 (Community Homes), providing organizations with a strong foundation in accountability, quality improvement, and sustainable excellence.
Through leadership development, organizational consulting, and systems design, Shereena helps organizations build stronger leaders, healthier cultures, and better outcomes for the people and communities they serve.
