As a Certified Life Coach, Certified Parent Educator, and Florida Director’s Credential holder, Shereena blends practical leadership development with evidence-based frameworks that drive measurable outcomes. Her certification in Project Management further enhances her ability to design and implement scalable systems that promote accountability, efficiency, and organizational growth.

Over the years, she has supported childcare centers, nonprofits, and service-based organizations in building structure, improving operations, and developing leaders equipped to thrive through change. Her expertise lies in translating complex organizational challenges into actionable strategies that deliver results.
