At Shereena Morrow, Inc., we believe that strong leadership, healthy organizations, and well-developed people create the foundation for sustainable impact.
With more than two decades of experience spanning entrepreneurship, program leadership, organizational development, and quality management, Shereena S. Morrow partners with Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Intellectual & Developmental Disability (IDD) organizations to strengthen the leaders, people, and systems behind the work.
As a leadership strategist, consultant, and founder of Shereena Morrow, Inc., Shereena specializes in helping organizations develop leaders at every level, strengthen organizational health, and build the systems and environments people need to do their best work. Her work spans leadership development, organizational development, and human development, bringing strategy and practical implementation together to create meaningful, sustainable change.
Shereena is the creator of the Built to Lead™ framework for emerging leaders, the Lead with HEART™ leadership philosophy for experienced leaders, and the HEART Organizational Health Framework™, a human-centered diagnostic and consulting model that examines five critical areas of organizational health: leadership, people and culture, strategy and direction, quality and results, and systems and operations.
As a Certified Life Coach, Certified Parent Educator, approved Pennsylvania Quality Assurance System (PQAS) Instructor, and Quality Management Certified Professional, Shereena combines leadership expertise with evidence-based frameworks and practical implementation strategies. She is also a certified facilitator in the Nurturing Parenting Curriculum and Strengthening Families Protective Factors Framework, bringing a relationship-centered approach to professional development, workforce development, and organizational change.
Her experience includes regulatory and quality expertise across Pennsylvania Codes 3270 (Child Care Centers) and 6100 (Services for Individuals with an Intellectual Disability or Autism), providing a strong foundation in accountability, quality improvement, regulatory environments, and sustainable systems.
Through consulting, training, and coaching, Shereena helps ECE and IDD organizations lead stronger, operate better, and strengthen the people doing the work.
