With more than two decades of combined experience in entrepreneurship, program direction, coaching, and quality assurance, founder Shereena S. Morrow has led initiatives that strengthen organizations from the inside out, across both nonprofit and for-profit sectors.

As a Certified Life Coach, Certified Parent Educator, and Florida Director’s Credential holder, Shereena integrates compassionate, people-first leadership with evidence-based frameworks that strengthen teams, elevate service quality, and drive measurable community impact. She also holds certification in the Strengthening Families Protective Factors Framework, enabling her to support organizations in embedding resilience-based, family-centered practices. Her certification in Project Management & Data Analytics further enhances her ability to design and implement scalable systems that promote accountability, efficiency, and organizational growth.

With extensive regulatory expertise across Pennsylvania Codes 3270 (Child Care Centers), 3800 (Child Residential), 6100 (IDD Services), and 6400 (Community Homes), Shereena brings deep understanding of compliance, safety, and quality standards that ensure programs not only meet but exceed state expectations.

In addition to her organizational consulting work, Shereena is the creator of the 6U Framework, a proprietary leadership and personal-development model used to help women lead with clarity, authenticity, and confidence. With years of experience coaching women in group and individual settings, she specializes in guiding emerging and seasoned leaders to unlearn limiting beliefs, strengthen their decision-making, establish boundaries, and step into their roles with a grounded, authentic presence. This dual expertise systems for organizations and self-mastery for leader enables Shereena to support teams at both the structural and human levels, creating lasting, sustainable impact.

Over the years, she has supported childcare centers, nonprofits, and service-based organizations in building structure, improving operations, and developing leaders equipped to thrive through change. Her expertise lies in translating complex organizational challenges into actionable strategies that deliver results.
